Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our supermarket in the UAE. As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient store environment, driving sales, managing staff, and providing exceptional customer service. Job Description
- Manage the overall operations of the supermarket, ensuring high standards of customer service, cleanliness, and organization.
- Lead, motivate, and supervise store employees, providing guidance and training as needed.
- Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, ordering, and product displays.
- Monitor sales performance and take action to meet or exceed targets.
- Ensure the store meets all health, safety, and legal compliance standards.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure satisfaction.
- Handle employee scheduling, performance evaluations, and team building.
- Develop and implement promotional strategies to boost sales and customer engagement.
- Maintain effective communication with suppliers and vendors.
- Regularly analyze sales data and customer feedback to drive improvements.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager in a retail supermarket or similar environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Knowledge of supermarket operations, inventory management, and merchandising.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Flexibility to work on weekends, evenings, and public holidays as required.
- Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
