What You'll Be Doing

• Oversee the receiving of deliveries and ensure accurate stock management.
• Utilize Oracle and Ciox systems for inventory tracking and stock control.
• Develop and execute action plans to enhance stockroom organization and operational efficiency.
• Conduct regular stock rearrangement to maintain optimal storage and accessibility.
• Handle email correspondence in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain effective communication with the head office and supply chain teams to ensure smooth inventory flow.
• Take ownership of all receiving-related tasks, ensuring proper documentation and handling.
  
  

What You’ll Need To Succeed

• Knowledge of Oracle and Ciox systems.
• Experience receiving deliveries, managing stock, & receiving OMS.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Good English Communication.
