Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead a team of store associates, providing guidance, coaching, and support.

• Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.

• Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability.

• Ensure that visual merchandising and store displays meet company standards.

• Train and onboard new associates, providing ongoing coaching and feedback.

• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment for the store team.

• Resolve customer complaints and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.

• Monitor and achieve sales targets and other key performance indicators.

• Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate updates, goals, and expectations.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a Store Supervisor or in a similar retail leadership role.
• Familiarity with inventory management and retail POS systems.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve sales goals.
