Storekeeper

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Storekeeper to manage and maintain our inventory and supplies in the storage area. The Storekeeper is responsible for receiving, storing, and issuing goods, ensuring proper documentation, and keeping the store organized, safe, and clean.

Key Responsibilities:

- Receive and inspect incoming materials and supplies for quality and quantity.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory using manual logs or inventory management systems.
- Store items in an orderly and accessible manner in warehouses or storage rooms.
- Issue goods to requesting departments and record the movement.
- Conduct regular stock-taking and inventory checks.
- Ensure proper labeling and identification of stored items.
- Report shortages, damages, or discrepancies to management.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the storage area.
- Monitor stock levels and report when replenishment is needed.
- Comply with safety and health regulations in storage practices.

Requirements and Skills:

- Proven experience as a storekeeper, warehouse clerk, or similar role.
- Familiarity with inventory software and databases.
