About Beanz:
Beanz is a leading coffee tech platform connecting coffee enthusiasts with their favorite specialty coffee shops. Present in the UAE, Oman, and Qatar, we partner with over 1,500 coffee shops, providing a seamless pre-ordering, loyalty, and digital experience for customers while supporting local café growth.
We are now looking for a driven and passionate Strategic Partnerships Executive in Dubai to expand our network of partner coffee shops and drive Beanz’s market growth in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and onboard new specialty coffee shops and cafés to the Beanz platform.
- Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with café owners and decision-makers.
- Articulate the value proposition of Beanz to potential partners and present tailored partnership proposals.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and partner activation.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development, partnerships, or B2B sales (F&B or tech platform background is a plus).
- Passionate about coffee culture and knowledgeable about the local café scene in Dubai.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proactive, self-starter with a growth mindset and strong target orientation.
- Valid UAE driving license.
- Fluency in English. Fluency in Arabic is a plus.
