We’re looking for a dynamic Strategy Manager to join our growing team at WIO Bank. In this key role, you’ll be instrumental in shaping the company’s strategic direction, collaborating with senior leadership, and delivering high-impact projects that drive innovation and sustainable growth.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Strategic Planning: Work closely with senior leadership to shape and refine the company’s long-term vision, and craft comprehensive plans to bring that vision to life.
Cross-functional Project Management: Lead and deliver cross-functional initiatives, ensuring seamless execution and measurable impact across teams.
Market & Competitive Analysis: Dive deep into market trends and competitive landscapes to uncover emerging opportunities in fintech.
Performance Metrics: Develop, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) that measure the success of strategic initiatives, using data to make actionable recommendations.
Risk Management & Innovation: Identify risks, design mitigation strategies, and help explore cutting-edge technologies to stay ahead of the competition.
Stakeholder Communication: Craft compelling presentations and updates for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and buy-in across the organization.
What We’re Looking For:
3-5 years of experience in strategy development, management consulting, or a strategy-focused role in fintech or financial services.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Project management expertise—you thrive on delivering results on time and beyond expectations.
Exceptional communication skills—you know how to craft impactful presentations for diverse audiences, from senior management to external partners.
A collaborative mindset—you’re a team player who can inspire and lead others toward shared goals.
