The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a high level of professionalism and confidentiality when handling sensitive student information. The position is critical for maintaining service continuity and compliance with institutional policies.

Minimum Qualification and Education
Essential: Bachelor's degree
Desirable: Master’s degree in Education, Higher Education Administration, or a related field.
Required Knowledge and Skills
- Strong understanding and experience working in an academic office setting supporting student services operations.
- Have or be willing to adapt a student-centered philosophy for projects and services that are developmental and educational in nature.
- Excellent administrative and managerial skills for an office setting that requires solution-oriented thinking
- Knowledge of international higher education systems preferred the American model.
- Excellent oral presentation and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills, including tact and diplomacy, ability to build consensus, and working with individuals from different cultures and needs, and communicating professionally with students, faculty, and staff.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in processing student documentation and maintaining confidential records.
- Ability to exercise sound judgment, make well-informed decisions, and uphold professionalism when dealing with sensitive student issues.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated resilience and adaptability, with the capacity to learn from setbacks and adjust to changing demands.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, MS Teams, SIS, and Blackboard.
- Availability for occasional evening or weekend work to meet deadlines or support student needs.
- Ability to work in a setting with sensitive and confidential student information
Work Experience
Essential: Knowledge in student services, academic support, or related administrative roles.
Desirable: 2-3 years of experience in student services, academic support, or related administrative roles.
Language proficiency required
Fluent in English and Arabic
