Superintendent – Construction (Civil)

Abu Dhabi

We are looking for PMC Superintendent – Construction (Civil) with 15 years of experience to be based in Abu Dhabi for the onshore LNG project.

Supervise and monitor all civil and structural construction activities, including:

  • Earthworks, piling, foundations, underground utilities
  • Structural steel, concrete works, roads, culverts, retaining structures
  • Buildings and infrastructure supporting the LNG facility.
  • Ensure all civil works are performed in compliance with IFC drawings, technical specifications, project procedures, and applicable codes (ACI, ASTM, BS, etc.).

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s in Relevant Engineering.
  • 15 years of experience, with at least 5 years in LNG or petrochemical projects.
  • Prior experience in PMC or EPC supervision roles.
  • Strong knowledge of international civil codes and standards (ACI, ASTM, BS, IS).
  • Proficiency in construction sequencing, site logistics, and heavy civil works.
  • Solid leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
