Your role will include but is not limited to...

• Professionally handle customer issues and empower the team to prioritize customer needs and recommend products.
• Excel in a customer-facing role with strong product knowledge and a passion for specialty coffee.
• Communicate clearly with the team, setting goals and providing regular feedback to foster a positive work environment.
• Collaborate with the store manager for effective team development.
• Manage sales targets and minimize waste, especially for food items, adept at stock management.
• Ensure efficient team scheduling and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Quickly address in-store issues, including maintenance and emergencies, in a calm and efficient manner.
• Uphold food safety standards and demonstrate confidence in DM & AD standards during inspections.
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in customer service or hospitality in the UAE, supervisory roles preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities, aimed at creating exceptional customer experiences.
• Leadership qualities with a dynamic and proactive approach to team management.
• Fluency in English is a must; Arabic is a plus; additional language skills are advantageous.
