Overall Objective and Responsibilities

Job Purpose

The Audit Quality Supervisor is responsible for monitoring and enhancing the quality and consistency of the audit process. This role involves ensuring compliance with standards and regulations, compliance with monitoring policies, and implementing best practices to maintain and improve audit quality.

The Audit Quality Senior will work closely with the Audit Quality Manager to assist in developing strategies and action plans, execute action plans, review audit reports, and provide guidance to audit team members.

Major Duties And Responsibilities

• Monitoring of the internal milestones set for audit teams
• Review of the audit files to ensure mandatory documentation is in place
• Monitoring of the close-out and signing processes
• Participation in thematic reviews
• Participation in training sessions to provide guidance to audit teams
• Participation in cross-functional projects and initiatives to promote audit quality and continuous improvement.
  
  

Profile

Education Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or equivalent is preferred
  
  

Work Experience Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in external audits with some project management activities.
  
  

Knowledge / Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of auditing standards, regulations, and industry best practices.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Good knowledge of the audit software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent English
