Job Description
Own Glitch Café as a standalone business unit within the venue, ensuring alignment with Glitch’s brand and commercial goals. The Supervisor will be responsible for establishing the café from the ground up — including setup, staffing, service delivery, and performance — with a strong business mindset and hands-on expertise in beverage preparation.

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily café operations including beverage/snack preparation, hygiene, inventory, and POS accuracy.
- Personally prepare all core beverages and snacks, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Maintain service standards (target: 90 seconds per order).
- Coordinate with suppliers for stock, packaging, and equipment maintenance.
- Implement SOPs for food safety, cleanliness, and customer service.
- Collaborate with internal teams (finance, creative, procurement) to support budgeting, product development, and operational planning.
- Lead the café’s launch and integration into the venue’s operations and customer experience Coordinate with authorities and licensing bodies to secure all necessary approvals
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Expert-level barista skills and beverage preparation techniques.
- Strong leadership and operational management.
- Business acumen and financial awareness.
- Customer service excellence.
- POS and inventory systems proficiency.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership.
- Familiarity with entertainment or high-footfall venues (preferred)
