SUPERVISOR - ENGINEERING QUALITY ASSURANCE

• Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures for engineering projects.

• Conduct regular inspections and audits of engineering processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

• Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics and prepare detailed reports for management.

• Collaborate with engineering teams to identify and resolve quality-related issues.

• Provide training and support to staff on quality assurance processes, Lean principles, and best practices.

• Ensure that all materials and equipment used in engineering projects meet quality specifications.

• Participate in project planning and review meetings to provide quality assurance and Lean input.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices.

• Assist in the development and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives.

• Implement Lean methodologies to streamline processes, reduce waste, and improve overall efficiency.

• Facilitate Lean training sessions and workshops for engineering staff.
