Job Summary:
We are seeking a General Concrete Works Supervisor to oversee all concrete-related activities, including mixing, pouring, curing, and finishing. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in concrete technology, formwork, reinforcement, and quality control.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise all concrete-related activities, ensuring high-quality output.
- Coordinate with site engineers to plan and execute concrete works.
- Inspect and verify concrete mix ratios, slump tests, and curing processes.
- Ensure compliance with UAE construction and safety standards.
- Oversee the placement, vibration, leveling, and finishing of concrete structures.
- Manage workforce and material usage efficiently.
- Conduct quality control checks and resolve any issues on-site.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in concrete works, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Knowledge of concrete mix design, curing techniques, and quality testing.
- Ability to interpret construction drawings and project specifications.
- Familiarity with UAE construction safety codes.
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
