Job Description

• Manage and oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflows while adhering to company policies and industry best practices.
• Develop, implement, and maintain warehouse processes and procedures to improve operational efficiency and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
• Establish, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track warehouse efficiency, identify areas for improvement, and meet service level agreements (SLAs).
• Ensure accuracy and compliance of shipping documents, including invoices, bills of lading, and customs paperwork, aligning with JAFZA rules and regulations.
• Ensure warehouse operations comply with JAFZA regulations, maintaining a high standard of legal and procedural adherence.
• Lead the implementation, integration, and optimization of the LFS Warehouse Management System (WMS) in new and existing facilities, including configuration, user acceptance testing (UAT), system setup, and staff training to ensure full utilization and seamless operations.
• Maintain precise inventory tracking and reconciliation using WMS, reducing errors and ensuring data accuracy for efficient operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including logistics, IT, and operations, to drive process improvements and align warehouse operations with business objectives.
• Manage client relationships, ensuring effective communication and collaboration to address operational needs, resolve issues, and meet service expectations in a 3PL environment.
• Oversee monthly billing processes, ensuring accuracy in invoicing by coordinating with commercial and finance teams, and addressing client queries related to billing and service costs.
