- Check the day-to-day operation in the terminal/port and identify workforce needed depending on the increased/decreased workload.
- Ascertain and report areas of concern and ensure to resolve them with the minimum loss.
- Attend meetings with the duty senior supervisors to provide the status of productivity level, represent problems encountered during the shift and check the overall workload.
- Support in the on-the-job training and provide every possibility of learning to all team members.
- Follow up tasks assigned to the employees in the terminal/port and provide guidance to complete them effectively and efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with the terminal/port HSE and security policies and procedures by employees and stakeholders.
- To prepare the annual vacation plan and duty roster for all employees and forward to senior management for approval.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Shipping and Port Management, Engineering, Logistics or a related field. Master's degree is a plus
- Ports & Maritime Certificate or IMDG Certificate is a plus.
