We are seeking highly skilled and safety-conscious professional for the role of Permit Issuer (PI) to manage and oversee operational activities during the construction and commissioning phases, ensuring full compliance with permit-to-work (PTW) systems and safety procedures.
Key Responsibilities

- Prepare, review, and issue permits for all types of work (Hot Work, Cold Work, Confined Space, etc.)
- Ensure all permits are in compliance with PTW procedures and safety standards.
- Coordinate with performing authorities and area authority to ensure safe execution of tasks.
- Conduct site inspections prior to permit issuance.
- Participate in toolbox talks and safety briefings.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Oil & Gas (onshore/offshore preferred)
- Strong knowledge of PTW systems, isolation procedures, and HSE standards
- Proven experience in Permit Issuer and/or Issuing Authority roles
- Certification in HSE, PTW systems, or equivalent (preferred)
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Able to work under pressure and in multi-discipline environments
