Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Supplier Partnerships Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with existing suppliers, as well as onboarding new suppliers. You will also be tasked with overseeing the day-to-day management of partnerships, ensuring smooth operations within Bamboo Card.

Job requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in supplier partnerships or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of the e-commerce or gift card industries.
• Proven experience in onboarding and managing supplier relationships.
• Ability to manage multiple partnerships simultaneously.
• Proficiency with automation tools and reporting systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Job responsibilities:

• Handle and maintain relationships with existing suppliers.
• Onboard new suppliers to ensure they meet company standards and requirements.
• Day-to-day management of supplier partnerships and resolving any operational challenges.
• Ensure smooth communication and coordination between internal teams and suppliers.
• Report and analyze supplier performance metrics, providing insights for improvement.
• Utilize automation tools to streamline partnership processes and reporting.
• Stay updated on industry trends, particularly in e-commerce and gift cards.
