Job Description

Supply Chain Analyst (SCA) serves as an expert in carrying out the operational responsibilities of data analysis and reporting functions, to assist the department leadership team - as well as other leaders across the organization - in the successful data analysis and decision support, in order to achieve departmental ,divisional and organizational goals, and to improve performance.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates, collects and review data from various sources, defines essential and required data elements to ensure records are current and valid for both reasonableness and accuracy, using analytics knowledge and experience.
• Designs and implements new and evaluates existing database applications, tables, and files. Recommends improvements as needed.
• Maintains status of assigned tasks and provides feedback to management to ensure proper priorities are followed and that management is aware of any project issues.
• Manages SCM application development and support of custom software tools used within the assigned department .
• Collaborates and support the day-to-day operations and utilization of the database system, to maintain its integrity, including performance tuning and monitoring, backup, and recovery. Work with organization’s ERP Information System team to isolate and resolve problems affecting the supply chain database.
  
  

Accountabilities

• Ensures the medical procurement tracker is in place and shared with stockholder
• Ensures that copies for document s related to medical related procurement are properly filed for future reference
  
  

Qualifications

Experience :-

Required

• Minimum 5 years of relevant progressive experience in a similar analytical role.
• Experience working in Oracle/Oracle Cloud ERP environment.
• Proficiency with Excel, Access and database management, with strong analytic concepts
  
  

Desired

• Experience in a large healthcare facility and/or group purchasing organization. Experience interacting with clinicians in the acute care setting
  
  

Educational Qualification: Required:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration/Supply Chain/Finance/Material Management, statistics or relevant field or Diploma in relevant field with 10 years of additional experience Desired:
• Master's degree or equivalent in Business Administration/Supply/Finance/Material Management or relevant field
