The post holder will carry out any other duties as are within the scope and purpose of the job as requested by the Line Manager and ensure full utilization of all ISS systems according to Standard Operating Procedures.

- Good understanding of cruise operations and port agency services
- Change Management
- Process improvement

- Strong Problem Solving & Analytical Skills
- Excellent Planning & Co-ordination Skills
- 2 to 3 years + experience in similar role
- Shipping Agency Experience
- Bachelor Degree in Business or related field
- UAE driving License
