Overview

Duties & Responsibilities

• Comply with and enforce the service model, instilling in the team the importance of customer service;
• Use the main store profitability analysis tools to make decisions, which allow you to boost sales and ensure the implementation of the necessary actions;
• Provide support in store management in terms of image, team and commercial objectives;
• Ensure adequate reception, integration and training of new employees;
• Promote the development of team members.

Job Experience

• Qualifications at 12th grade or Bachelor's degree level;
• Experience of more than 1 year in similar roles;
• Computer knowledge from the user's perspective;
• Experience in sales analysis and KPIs;
• Leadership and team management skills;
• Ease of communication and interpersonal relationships; .
• Schedule availability.
