Job Description
- Translate the organisational strategy to department business plans and objectives
- Set expectations of senior professionals and provide expert leadership to reach goals and targets
- Lead the talent development plans and initiatives for the department
- Seek out, assess and approve business opportunities for expansion in coordination with key commercial parties
- Develop the value proposition of the department and deliver optimised operating model to increase market share and profitability
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelors or Masters degree
- At least 10 years experience in Banking
- At least 3 years commercial leadership position within wholesale banking
- Strategic leadership experience of experienced banking professionals with commercial objectives and targets
