The Role

We are seeking a skilled Integration Product Support Systems Engineer to ensure the seamless integration, sustainment, and operational effectiveness of ADASI’s UAV systems throughout their lifecycle. This role serves as a critical bridge between engineering design and long-term product support. You will drive supportability strategies, contribute to design-for-maintenance, and coordinate with logistics, field operations, and manufacturing teams to optimize reliability, maintainability, and mission readiness. Your impact will extend from concept and integration to field support and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in design reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR) and provide feedback on maintainability and supportability
  • Analyze engineering designs against Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) and RM&S principles
  • Conduct supportability analysis: FMECA, MTA, LORA, RCM
  • Develop and maintain support documents including maintenance manuals, provisioning data, and BOMs
  • Collaborate on PLM, configuration control, and obsolescence management
  • Support system integration and validation tests, with focus on field maintainability
  • Contribute to operator/maintainer training content and technical publications
  • Coordinate with design, production, and logistics teams to ensure alignment of support strategies

Required Qualifications

  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Systems, or Aerospace Engineering (required)
    • Master’s degree in Systems or Support Engineering (preferred)
  • Experience:
    • 10+ years in aerospace, UAV, or defense sectors
    • Experience in product integration, lifecycle sustainment, and ILS implementation
    • Knowledge of MIL-STD-1388, DEF-STAN, or GEIA-STD-0007 standards
Technical Tools

  • Systems & PLM tools: DOORS, Teamcenter, Windchill
  • Support analysis: FMECA, RCM, MTA, LORA
  • Reliability modeling: Relex, Reliasoft
  • Technical publications: S1000D standards
  • Proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings and schematics
