The Entertainer is looking for a dedicated and organized Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team. You'll play a key role in ensuring our recruitment processes run smoothly. Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements and draft accurate job descriptions for approval.
- Post job vacancies on relevant platforms.
- Screen and shortlist candidates from the applicant pool.
- Conduct phone interviews with candidates.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and department heads.
- Perform reference and background checks.
- Draft offer letters for successful candidates.
- Manage relationships with candidates.
- Communicate with unsuccessful candidates.
- Minimum two years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator or in a relevant HR administrative or recruitment role.
- Clear understanding of the end-to-end recruitment life cycle.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, must be fluent in English.
- Meticulous Attention to Detail. Ensures 100% accuracy in all work.
- Ability to handle confidential data with discretion.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Motivated self-starter who works well independently and in a team environment.
