Talent Acquisition Lead

TA Lead provides a real opportunity to make a difference to the company, working with the business to deliver on vacancies and enhancing the hiring experience. The Lead will work closely with the business, creating close partnerships and delivering against business goals. The Lead will be knowledgeable of Talent Acquisition techniques and have a desire to build strong internal relationships and provision (directly) of a comprehensive hiring service to Al Rostamani Group businesses (and group departments) to source and select the best talent.
Job ResponsibilitiesWork closely with Managers to advise them on recruitment strategy and give them visibility on the status of recruitment
• In partnership with department heads and hiring managers create compelling employee attraction stories and routes to market
• Identify, attract and manage relevant candidates based on open positions and ARG’s future talent needs, working closely with the TA & HRBP’s.
• Anticipate future recruitment needs, proactively finding and developing talent pools through advertising, direct approach to candidates, your network of colleges and universities, diversity associations, social media contacts, and employee referrals
• Manage the whole candidate's hiring process, from job posting, screening, interviewing, referrals, counselling, negotiating, and offering
• Ensure candidate data is accurately recorded into Success Factors (ATS)
• Provide accurate and proactive reporting and insights to the business
• As an Al Rostamani Group ambassador, you will provide a high-quality candidate experience at all times.
• Ensure compliance with current and future legislation around Confidentiality of positions, data protection and security.
• Deliver on a Talent Acquisition experience which are in line with ARG’s vision and goals
• Develop sector based innovative sourcing, attraction and evaluation methodologies and support with
• Manage hiring projects assigned to the line of business you manage, ensuing all projects are completed within the specific project timelines and in accordance with the established policies and standards.
• Maintain professional relationships with all relevant stakeholders in order to leverage the maximum benefit for Al Rostamani Group in terms of quality and speed of hiring, cost-effectiveness and service delivery.
• Identify and recommend ideas that can be implemented to facilitate the recruitment, of UAE Nationals in order to meet the Emiratisation targets of Al Rostamani Group
• Provide the Head of Talent Acquisition with updates on all hiring, projects and campaigns being handled by the function, identify issues and recommend corrective action where necessary
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree (in Human Resources, or a similar qualification where the understanding and assessment of people is a core requirement)
• A professional certification (e.g. CIPD) would be an added advantage
Experience
• Minimum of eight (8) years’ experience in HR of which at least three (3) years must be in a corporate recruitment function with experience in recruiting up to management level positions
Knowledge & Skills
• Must have experience in working with database/ATS/recruitment technology to advertise roles, source and screen candidates
• Working experience of SuccessFactors (RCM) would be an added advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Experienced in writing job briefs and adverts
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Experience in developing and facilitating assessment centres would be an added advantage
• Ability to manage multiple projects within defined timeframes is a critical requirement of this role
