The role?

As our Talent Acquisition Lead, you'll be responsible for driving and scaling our hiring strategy across all functions, with a focus on attracting top-tier talent in technology, product, and operations. This is a high-impact role that sits at the intersection of business and people strategy. You’ll lead end-to-end hiring, shape our employer brand, and build the talent infrastructure needed for long-term success.

As a the Talent Acquisition Lead focusing on the high level of recruitment , you’ll be responsible for:

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment across technical and non-technical roles, from sourcing directly, to offer stages to onboarding of their first weeks.
  • Partner with leadership to define hiring needs, build role profiles, design recruitment strategies & recruitment forecasting
  • Scale hiring processes by implementing tools, workflows, and analytics that support rapid growth
  • Help the team grow by managing the active recruitment & manage external partners as needed
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to tap into diverse, high-quality talent pools
  • Champion employer branding, working closely with Marketing to tell our story authentically, attend careers fairs, how to enhance our branding in non operating countries in which our tech is
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience, maintaining a high bar for communication and feedback
  • Track recruitment metrics, deliver insights, and continuously improve performance, reduce time to fill, time to hire, offer acceptance rate, quality of hire, interview to offer ratio, pass through rates tec
  • Launch Induction Program - building out the onboarding process from scratch to building our own qlub academy.


What are we looking for?

  • Fluency in English is a must;
  • 5+ years of talent acquisition experience, including at least 2 years in a high-growth tech or fintech environment
  • Proven success in hiring for a variety of tech roles, especially in engineering, business intelligence data, and product
  • Proven success in hiring for non tech roles, specifically in Sales & Operations
  • Experience scaling recruitment processes and managing multiple searches simultaneously
  • Strong stakeholder management and influence skills
  • Hands-on with modern ATS platforms & LinkedIn Recruiter
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to execute tactically
  • Passion for building inclusive teams and creating equitable hiring processes
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Strong entrepreneurial spirit - you want to build something big and have a measurable impact for your efforts;
  • You are self-motivated and have a result-oriented mindset, you hustle to get things done and proactively find ways to reach and over achieve your targets.
