Job Description

• Manage end-to-end recruitment delivery and support broader hiring programs, ensuring quality of hire, speed, and candidate experience are consistently high.
• Drive a metrics-led recruitment culture, tracking performance against KPIs such as time-to-fill, offer acceptance rates, and requisition aging.
• Lead weekly hiring reviews with stakeholders, presenting progress, risks, and solutions to ensure delivery targets are met.
• Ensure all requisitions are opened, managed, and closed in a timely and compliant manner across programs.
• Support the Head of Talent Acquisition in driving operational excellence across multiple recruitment programs, ensuring consistency, compliance, and scalability.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to monitor team performance, hiring effectiveness, and program outcomes.
• Deliver timely, accurate, and actionable insights to senior leadership to inform strategy and continuous improvement.
• Mentor junior team members and uphold high standards of delivery, governance, and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in talent acquisition, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within a large organization.
• Prior experience of nationalisation strategies and managing major recruitment programs in the Middle East is essential.
• Prior experience within Campus recruiting would be advantageous
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Advanced user of Microsoft Excel; experience with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workday, Smart Recruiters), LinkedIn Recruiter, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly organized, delivery-focused, and metrics-driven.
• Confident, adaptable, and proactive in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical mindset with a passion for data and reporting accuracy.
