The Talent Acquisition Manager will join a fast-paced hiring environment and will play a crucial role in shaping the company's talent strategy by overseeing the full recruitment lifecycle across all organizational levels.
This involves handling a high volume of hiring for both technical and non-technical positions, collaborating with the TA & HR team to build strategies and ensure effectiveness over processes, and building strong relationships with Hiring Manager and Senior Management.

This involves handling a high volume of hiring for both technical and non-technical positions, collaborating with the TA & HR team to build strategies and ensure effectiveness over processes, and building strong relationships with Hiring Manager and Senior Management.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
- Oversee and Manage the full-cycle recruitment process.
- Ensure diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) are integral parts of recruitment and hiring processes.
- Develop recruitment strategies aligned with business goals and market trends.
- Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process, providing updates and maintaining a positive experience.
- Maintain accurate records of candidates in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Assist with pre-employment documentation and ensure a smooth collaboration with the HR team.
- Build relationships with universities, industry associations, and other external talent sources.
- Utilize data and analytics to track and report on recruitment performance.
- 3-5 years of professional experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Talent Acquisition Manager, or Talent Acquisition Partner.
- Must have full proficiency in both English and Arabic.
- Proven track record of managing and delivering a high volume of hiring processes.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Experience in high-growth or fast-paced industries preferably within the FinTech/Crypto space.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in using ATS systems, sourcing tools, and other HR technologies.
- Ability to analyze and use recruitment metrics to drive decision-making.
