Job Overview:
The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for developing and executing effective recruitment strategies to attract, evaluate, and hire qualified candidates. This role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle, enhancing employer branding, and improving candidate experience to build a strong workforce that drives our company’s success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Recruitment Planning: Develop and implement creative recruitment strategies that align with ASTUDIO’s objectives, enhancing our ability to source, attract, and onboard top talent.
- Candidate Sourcing: Proactively source candidates through a variety of channels, including social media platforms, job boards, networking events, and employee referrals.
- Recruitment Process Management: Oversee the recruitment process from job posting to hiring, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and positive experience for all candidates.
- Employer Branding: Collaborate with the marketing department to enhance ASTUDIO’s employer brand across various platforms, making the company a top choice for potential candidates.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with department heads and hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and job specifications, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Interviewing: Conduct initial screening calls and participate in interview panels to assess candidates' skills, culture fit, and potential for success within the company.
- Analytics and Reporting: Utilize recruitment metrics to gauge effectiveness, optimize processes, and report on recruitment activities to senior management.
- Onboarding: Coordinate with HR to facilitate a seamless onboarding process, helping new hires integrate into ASTUDIO successfully.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within the digital marketing or creative sectors.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing successful recruiting strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate selection methods.
- Proficient in the use of HR software and candidate management systems.
