Talent Acquisition Manager (French-speaking) — FMCG | Africa Experience (Preferred)

The Role
A leading FMCG business is looking for a French-speaking Talent Acquisition Manager to lead end-to-end hiring across key functions, with a strong focus on Commercial and Marketing roles. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who knows how to build pipelines fast, partner credibly with senior stakeholders, and hire for growth markets—especially across Africa. What you’ll be doing • Own full-cycle recruitment for Commercial & Marketing roles (Sales, Trade Marketing, Brand, Category, Digital, Insights, etc.) • Partner with business leaders to define role requirements, hiring plans, and realistic timelines • Build and execute sourcing strategies across African markets (with emphasis on French-speaking regions) • Drive proactive talent mapping, pipeline development, and market intelligence (salary, availability, competitor hiring) • Manage agency partners where needed, while keeping a strong direct sourcing engine • Ensure a great candidate experience and consistent assessment standards • Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, pipeline health) and continuously improve process What we’re looking for • Fluent French + strong English (written and spoken) • Proven Talent Acquisition experience within FMCG (or similarly fast-paced consumer environment) • Demonstrated hiring success across Africa (ideally multi-country exposure) • Strong track record hiring Commercial and Marketing talent (mid-senior levels) • Agency background preferred (executive search/contingency/RPO), with the ability to operate in-house • Confident stakeholder management, able to challenge and advise hiring managers • Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn, referrals, market mapping, Boolean search) Nice to have • Experience hiring across Francophone Africa (e.g., North/West/Central Africa) • Exposure to high-growth / transformation environments • Experience with ATS and recruitment reporting

Langues : Français courant + anglais professionnel Parcours indispensable - 6 à 10+ ans d’expérience en recrutement, dont au moins 3 à 5 ans en gestion complète du cycle (brief, sourcing, entretiens, offre, onboarding) - Expérience prouvée de recrutement en Afrique, idéalement multi-pays et avec exposition aux marchés francophones - Expérience solide sur des recrutements Commercial et Marketing, par exemple : - Ventes : Key Account Managers, Sales Managers, Regional Sales, rôles Go-To-Market - Trade Marketing, Category, Brand Managers, Product ou Portfolio - Marketing digital, eCommerce, CRM, Performance Marketing - Consumer Insights ou études de marché (apprécié) - Expérience FMCG fortement souhaitée, ou environnement consumer très dynamique avec exigences de rapidité et de qualité Expérience souhaitée - Passage en agence (contingency, retained search ou RPO), avec une vraie capacité en approche directe - Expérience in-house déjà acquise ou motivation claire à passer côté entreprise - À l’aise sur plusieurs niveaux de séniorité : spécialiste, manager, head-of Compétences clés - Sourcing avancé : mapping marché, LinkedIn, Boolean, recommandations, chasse concurrentielle, construction de pipelines - Gestion des parties prenantes : capacité à cadrer un brief, challenger, conseiller et piloter un plan de recrutement réaliste - Évaluation structurée : screening rigoureux, entretiens par compétences, scorecards, décisions cohérentes - Intelligence marché : compréhension des salaires, de la disponibilité des talents et des réalités locales selon les pays - Process et KPI : maîtrise ATS, reporting (time-to-fill, conversion, qualité, santé du pipeline) - Expérience candidat : communication claire, réactivité, capacité à closer et sécuriser l’acceptation d’offre Style et personnalité - Esprit business, pragmatique, orienté résultats - À l’aise dans l’ambiguïté et les priorités changeantes - Forte autonomie, sens de l’ownership, excellent suivi - Sensibilité interculturelle et capacité à travailler sur des marchés variés
