What are my responsibilities?

  • Manages the full recruitment lifecycle, including job requisition tracking, candidate sourcing, resume screening, scheduling and coordinating interviews, offer management, and onboarding coordination with the operations team.
  • Monitors recruitment costs, evaluates process efficiency, and implements strategies to reduce expenses. Provides daily updates on recruitment progress and cost-effectiveness to the Head of P&O.
  • Develops, implements, and maintains a comprehensive recruitment plan for the organization, including detailed documentation, recruitment metrics, regular progress reporting, and proactive actions to address identified gaps.
  • Designs and applies a structured selection matrix to determine the most effective recruitment channels and sources, continuously researches and integrates market best practices in recruitment and staffing.
  • Ensures adherence to Emiratization and Saudization requirements in recruitment planning and execution.
  • Maintain and update various recruitment and mobility planning databases, such as the monthly/quarterly mobility planning, project team updates, agent trackers, and post-recruitment
  • Ensure recruitment practices align with the latest labor legislation in the UAE and KSA, takes appropriate actions to comply with any changes in labor laws and regulations.
  • Track and record recruitment KPIs quarterly in alignment with IMS (International Management System) standards and ensure all documentations are updated and recorded for internal and external audits.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in P&O, recruitment, and talent management, integrating new practices to improve recruitment effectiveness.

What do I need to qualify for the role?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Do you have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition within the Industrial Automation field?
  • Strong interest in developing a career in Human Resources.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle work independently
  • Good understanding of UAE and KSA labour laws, P&O functions and best practices.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and take initiative.
