Role Purpose:
To attract, engage, and hire world class talent across all areas of Wolfi's Group companies which consist of Retail, Wholesale, Events, Education and Shared Services. This role is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering closely with hiring managers, and ensuring that every candidate has an exceptional experience that reflects our culture and brand. As a brand ambassador and culture champion, the Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a critical role in scaling our high performing teams and supporting Wolfi's continued growth and people first culture. We are a pro team and we are looking for the best talent to join us in the line up.
Responsibilities:
- Manage full cycle recruitment across all business units, from requisition to offer and handover.
- Partner with Hiring Managers and General Managers to understand workforce plans and talent needs.
- Design and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent, including for niche and high demand roles.
- Champion a seamless and positive candidate experience with every candidate, every time.
- Conduct structured interviews and assessments, ensuring fairness, consistency, and a strong culture fit.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future roles.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to elevate our employer branding and attract the best in market both locally and internationally.
- Monitor and update our recruitment system (e.g. White Carrot) and ensure accurate tracking, reporting, and compliance.
- Continuously improve recruitment processes to drive efficiency, agility, and scalability.
- Stay up to date with market trends and benchmarks, contributing insights to workforce planning and hiring strategy.
- Develop, organise and lead training sessions with Hiring Managers to elevate the hiring process and candidate experience.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in full cycle recruitment, ideally within a fast paced, multi entity environment.
- Strong sourcing and headhunting skills, with experience using job boards, social platforms, and networking techniques.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with an ATS or recruitment system (White Carrot & Bayzat knowledge is a plus).
- Familiarity with UAE labor law and hiring practices is an advantage.
- A cyclist or fitness enthusiast who thrives on leading an active lifestyle.
- Presence and frequent visits in all business units across the Emirates will be required.
- A drivers license and a car will be advantageous.
