Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, team dynamics, and role expectations.

Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates through job boards, social media, employee referrals, networking, and other sourcing channels.

Manage the full-cycle recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, feedback collection, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination.

Conduct initial phone screens and evaluate candidates for cultural and technical fit.

Maintain and update job postings across internal and external platforms.

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Maintain accurate records and data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Stay informed of trends and best practices in recruitment and the job market.

Assist with employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing efforts.

Support diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) hiring strategies.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

4+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (in-house or agency).

Solid understanding of full-cycle recruiting processes and HR best practices.
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean search, and other channels.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple open roles and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

High level of professionalism and discretion.
