Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and maintain a robust Talent Acquisition Strategy, recruitment processes, and policies in collaboration with the Head of HR and Administration.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including sourcing, pre-screening, interviewing, salary negotiation, mobilization, and onboarding, ensuring a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers.
  • Develop and regularly review sourcing plans with the Head of HR and Administration; monitor and drive their implementation to attract top talent.
  • Prepare job advertisements and create targeted postings on online job boards and social networking platforms.
  • Devise and implement creative and innovative methods to attract and engage new talent pools.
  • Leverage diverse sourcing channels, such as job portals, social media, professional networking sites, job fairs, and campus hiring events.
  • Monitor progression and timely completion of each recruitment stage to ensure effective mobilization.
  • Coordinate with the Government Relations and Administration Departments to facilitate smooth mobilization processes, including visa, relocation, and medical insurance arrangements.
  • Develop, implement, and continuously enhance a suite of selection and assessment tools and materials to ensure a standardized, equitable, and effective selection process.
  • Train and coach hiring managers in the recruitment policy, and how to assess candidates using a range of selection tools and techniques (such as Competency Based Interviews, Technical Interviews, role play, case studies, etc.)
  • Be the Admin-user of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure that database is up to date, cleansed and accessible by hiring managers, so that informed decisions can be taken and accurate reporting and analytics can be generated.
  • Manage the relationship with external recruitment consultancies or RPO providers and ensure that they deliver their services at the expected level of quantitative and qualitative results.
  • Update existing job descriptions to competence profiles and create the new profiles as per business need.
  • Play a pivotal role in ILF - UAE Emiratization drive, attracting and retaining Emirati Nationals.
  • Foster relationships with universities, prospecting mutually beneficial partnerships and represent ILF - UAE at career fairs to attract emerging talent.
  • Keep our internal referral policy in check, encouraging employees to be part of our talent acquisition success.


Onboarding:

  • Lead the design and execution of the employee onboarding / induction programs that aligns with ILF culture, values and beliefs.
  • Collect new employees feedback after onboarding to ensure that all have a comprehensive and positive experience when joining ILF - UAE.
  • Monitor onboarding satisfaction and continuously seek feedback for process improvements.


Employer Branding:

  • Create and Implement Employer Branding Strategy by creating a comprehensive strategy to define the ILF - UAE unique Employer Value Proposition (EVP).
  • With help of marketing department, create EVP stories to demonstrate and reinforce ILF - UAE employer brand.
  • Manage the communication of ILF - UAE EVP externally through different channels, such as social media postings, attendance at events, involvement in community activities, work with educational establishments
  • Educate managers and employees so that they can accurately and consistently communicate ILF - UAE EVP.
  • Define internal and external key target groups that are vital for the success of ILF – UAE.
  • Conduct research and surveys to understand the perception of ILF - AUE as an employer against our competitors, identify areas for improvement, and use insights to refine branding effort.
  • Manage Online Presence overseeing and enhancing the ILF - UAE online presence, including the website, social media profiles, and professional networking platforms like LinkedIn.
  • Track and manage the ILF - UAE reputation as an employer by monitoring online reviews, feedback, and comments from current and former employees.
  • Develop and execute campaigns to attract top talent, utilizing various recruitment channels and Promote diversity and inclusion within the organization and highlight these efforts in employer branding to attract a more diverse talent pool.
  • Improve organization attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices; monitoring job offers and compensation practices; emphasizing benefits and perks.
  • Work with the HR and Marketing teams to develop and promote the employer brand across multiple channels, showcasing the organization as an employer of choice.


Required Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge and experience in talent acquisition, recruitment strategies, and employment branding.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Creative problem-solver with a proactive approach to attracting and selecting talent.
  • Ability to design and implement efficient recruitment strategies, processes and assessment tools.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in using data and metrics to drive hiring decisions.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities, with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Collaborative spirit with the ability to work cross-functionally and lead a team.


Years of Experience:

  • Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or team lead capacity.


Required Work Experience:

  • Demonstrated track record managing the full recruitment cycle within a corporate, agency, or international context, preferably in an Engineering Consultancy, in UAE or GCC.
  • Experience designing and executing talent acquisition strategies and policies.
  • Familiarity with a wide range of sourcing channels and digital recruitment platforms.
  • Previous involvement in employer branding initiatives and onboarding program management is highly desirable.
  • UAE/GCC experience is mandatory.


Educational Qualifications Preferred:

  • Degree in Business Administration, HR or Psychology.

  • Bachelor’s degree required, master’s degree in a relevant field preferred.


Linguistic Skills:

  • Excellent command of written and spoken English is required.
  • Proficiency in Arabic languages is an advantage.
