Job Summary:

Key responsibilities include:

Problem Solving:


  • Understand client needs, requirements, and context.

  • Contribute innovative ideas and support the development of solutions for client challenges.

  • Collaborate with clients to understand business objectives and challenges.

  • Collect feedback and insights to shape change strategies


  • Data Analysis and Research


  • Conduct thorough data analysis to extract meaningful insights.

  • Utilize statistical tools and methodologies to interpret findings.

  • Reference market and industry research to support client projects.

  • Stay informed about relevant trends and developments.


  • Documentation and Presentation Skills:


  • Maintain organized and detailed project documentation.

  • Create documentation for processes, findings, and methodologies.

  • Develop and deliver presentations for internal and client audiences.

  • Clearly articulate analysis, insights, and recommendations.

  • Ensure accuracy and reliability of data and analysis.

  • Contribute to maintaining high-quality standards in deliverables.


  • Change Planning:


  • Contribute to the development of tailored change management plans.

  • Assist in creating effective strategies for seamless implementation.

  • Track and report progress on change initiatives.

  • Address issues and obstacles to ensure successful implementation.

  • Maintain detailed records of change management activities.

  • Prepare comprehensive reports for client and internal use.


  • Communication:


  • Develop clear and compelling communication materials for stakeholders.

  • Support the creation of impactful presentations for clients and teams.


  • Training Support:


  • Assist in socializing training programs for client employees.

  • Contribute to facilitating training sessions and workshops.


  • Adaptability:


  • Embrace changes in project scope and requirements.

  • Learn and apply new methodologies to enhance effectiveness.


  • Client Satisfaction:


  • Strive for excellence in meeting or exceeding client expectations.

  • Seek feedback and actively contribute to continuous improvement efforts


  • Job Qualifications:

    A fresher to 1 year of experience, potentially dealing with/done an internship in one or more of the below areas:


  • Operating Model Design / Organization Design / Organization Analytics

  • Transformational Change Management

  • Talent & Workforce Analytics

  • Strategic Workforce Planning

  • Enterprise Transformation

  • Mergers & Acquisitions

  • Human Capital Strategy

  • Talent & Workforce Analytics

  • Talent Management Lifecycle / Talent Development and Learning / Talent Transformations

  • Digital and Cloud Workforce Transformation

  • Leadership Development & Culture Transformation

  • Leadership and Culture Assessments, Tools, and Diagnostics

  • Design Thinking


  • Preferable Qualifications:


  • MBA or graduate-level degree in related field

  • Background in individual and/or organizational psychology, behavioral science, or clinical psychology

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)

  • Experience with data visualization applications (Tableau, Power BI)

  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
