- Lead and manage a team, ensuring daily targets and KPIs are met.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Implement and improve processes to enhance productivity and quality.
- Resolve issues escalated by team members and provide timely solutions.
- Maintain reporting and documentation of team activities.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in a team leader or supervisory role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of digital platforms and online operations.
- Ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
- Graduate (any discipline).
