What You'll Be Doing

The FC Team Leader will oversee producvity, quality and safety on the shi. The FC Team Leader will also work collecvely with the Supervisor to ensure all warehouse guidelines and safety procedures are being followed and enforced. Will also be responsible to oversee shipping and receiving funcon, allocaon of necessary space for stock rotaon, product loss control and securing company assets.

Effecvely and efficiently lead the team in the daily warehouse operaons ensuring that all aspects are

carried out as required for Goods receipt, storage, pick, pack, rework and dispatch.

Evaluate daily workload, plan and order required workforce.

Efficient planning and distribuon of work to complete daily objecves with maximum producvity.

Ensure proper receiving of incoming materials, its inspecon and mely deliveries

Facilitate and contribute to stock verificaon, invesgate discrepancies and resolve customer queries.

Ensure resources like storage space, manpower and equipment are efficiently ulized.

To regularly provide feedback to team members on their performances.

Idenfy and recommend subordinate staff training requirements

Ensure staff adheres to uniform and grooming guidelines

Conduct Team briefing, on the Job coaching & performance feedback to staff

To maintain a high quality image throughout the operaon at all mes

Strictly follow standard processes, procedures and work instrucons. Also promote adherence to

procedures by your staff.

Ensure that workplace health, safety & environment requirements as per ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 are

met and take responsibility for the security of the building and stock.

Report all incidents, of any nature and however caused, to their immediate superior compleng all

necessary documentaon promptly and accurately.

Report any damage to equipment fixtures and fings, accidents at work, any item or problem having

an adverse effect on the health and safety of any other person.

Idenfy, promote and improve Logiscs Quality Management system as per ISO 9001 standards

What You’ll Need To Succeed

2+ years of experience as a team leader in a Distribution Center

Bachelor's degree in supply chain/logistics or an equivalent principle
