What you'll be doing:

• Fleet Efficiency: Optimize fleet utilization, reduce costs, and improve productivity.
• Customer Satisfaction: Ensure timely and effective fleet services to internal stakeholders.
• Compliance: Maintain regulatory compliance and adherence to company policies.
• Team Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing team.
• Cost Management: Manage fleet-related expenses, including maintenance, fuel, and tolls.
  
  

Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

• Coordinate vehicle scheduling and allocation.
• Manage vehicle maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Supervise a team of fleet drivers.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
• Manage fleet-related expenses (maintenance, permit, insurance, fuel, tolls, registration).
• Conduct toll balance checks and manage top-ups.
• Facilitate management-team communication.
• Coordinate repairs and maintenance with workshops and users.
• Arrange vehicles for RTA inspection.
