About the Job:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Team Leader to join the Guest Relations team in Jumeirah Al Naseem. The main duties and responsibilities of this role are:

• Organize workflow and delegate tasks for BOH and FOH Guest Relations Executives. Lead and ensure timely completion of Guest Relations tasks.
• Prepare VIP arrivals and coordinate special requests with the Guest Relations Manager and request and ensure timely delivery of VIP amenities.
• Inspect VIP rooms and conduct curbside check-ins and in-room check-outs.
• Handle Guest Relations emails, E-Butler requests, and assist with check-ins, check-outs, and concierge duties.
• Maintain guest profiles, provide hotel tours, and manage lobby coverage.
• Conduct courtesy calls and ensure smooth communication with guests.

About You:



The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in Guest Relations in a 5-star hotel setting.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products, Opera PMS (Cloud), HotSoS, and Sevenrooms.
• Fluent in English and an additional Russian or European language.
• Demonstrated ability to perform tasks with meticulous attention to detail, coupled with effective organizational skills for handling multiple responsibilities.
