About the Job:
An opportunity has arisen for Team Leader - Kids Club to join our Beach Operations team to ensure that the daily service and operation of Kids Club is maintained at the highest standards.
Your main duties will include:
- To assist in managing and ensuring smooth and efficient operation
- To follow the activity program, team buildings, and events
- To maintain a cheerful, enthusiastic and courteous attitude
- To study, evaluate and suggest improvements for operation procedures
- To ensure that service standards are in accordance with the SOP
- Organize activities for all guests
- Entertain all guests during the event
- Promote the daily activity schedule and gather as many participants
- Ensure all equipment are in good working condition and prepare self for the following day’s program activities
- Attend all training as scheduled
About you:
- 2-year minimum experience working in a multi-cultural / 5-star hotel environment with a similar role
- Good English communication skills
- Good interpersonal, time management and organizational skills
- The ability to work within, as well as to lead and motivate, a team
- Motivational skills, energy and resilience
- A customer-focused, approachable and outgoing personality
- The ability to relate to the requirements of customers from all age groups and sectors of society, including people with special needs
