About the Job:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Team Leader to join the Palace Lounge team in Jumeirah Al Qasr. The main duties and responsibilities of this role are:



  • Supervise daily operations of Palace Lounge and ensure smooth coordination across all relevant departments.
  • Conduct pre-shift briefings and ensure team alignment with updated directives and procedures.
  • Prepare reports, maintain records, and conduct regular checks or audits for quality assurance.
  • Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally, escalating issues when needed.
  • Ensure high standards of service and adherence to Jumeirah policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
  • Lead by example with integrity and ensure all staff deliver courteous, efficient, and discreet service.




About You:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

  • One or two years of experience in the same role with a luxury 5-star property; experience in the UAE is desirable, but not mandatory.
  • Proficient in English and a second language (Russian or European languages are desirable).
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products and Opera (Cloud).
  • Experience working in a multi-cultural environment.
  • Confident in successfully handling complaints of various severity.
