About The Role

As a Team Leader, Platinum at Atlantis Dubai, you will be responsible for leading a team of agents to provide exceptional customer service to guests and clients seeking experiences at our world-renowned resort. You will oversee the team's daily operations, including handling customer inquiries, managing reservations, and ensuring that all processes and procedures are followed accurately and efficiently. You will work closely with the Reservations Manager to develop training programs for new employees, and to ensure that existing team members are supported in their roles.

You will have previous experience in a similar role, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
