About The Role
As a Team Leader, Reservations at Atlantis The Palm, Dubai, you will be responsible for leading a team of reservation agents to provide exceptional customer service to guests and clients seeking to book rooms and experiences at our world-renowned resort. You will oversee the team's daily operations, including handling customer inquiries, managing reservations, and ensuring that all processes and procedures are followed accurately and efficiently. You will work closely with the Reservations Manager to develop training programs for new employees, and to ensure that existing team members are supported in their roles.

The successful candidate will be a natural communicator and a strong leader, with the ability to motivate and inspire their team to achieve exceptional performance. You will have previous experience in a similar role, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
