About The Role

You will be responsible for driving sales performance, mentoring the sales team, and supporting strategic initiatives to enhance our luxury offerings.

You will ensure that the Reservations team is aware of all promotional rates and packages. Sells effectively the Atlantis product and services using up-selling, cross-selling and suggestive selling techniques. The successful candidates will monitor and test knowledge levels either verbal or written to identify training needs and organize training sessions to improve team skills. You will also monitor calls proper shift manning to avoid or keep abandoned calls to minimum.In the absence of Managers/Assistant Manager, you will be expected to conduct shift briefings to ensure hotel activities and operational requirements are known to the team.
