About The Role

The Team Leader, Security & Lost Prevention is responsible to maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and colleagues by establishing and enforcing security policies and procedures; supervising the security guard force.

About You

Perfect candidate must be fluent in English both verbally and written. Successfully completed A levels ( high School Diploma), Computer literate. (Microsoft office). Must have completed a Leadership skills course. Completed at least 6 months in a supervisory position or similar. Experience in investigations is a distinctive advantage. Completed a course in Basic Firefighting. Completed a course in First Aid. CCTV experiences a distinctive advantage. Physically fit, Deals with Uncertainty, Judgment, Objectivity, Dependability, Emotional Control, Integrity, Safety Management, Professionalism, and Reporting Skills.
