Job Brief:

We are seeking a Technical Engineer with strong presentation and interpersonal skills to support the application team and ensure timely technical responses to clients and sales offices. The role involves close coordination with the Senior Product Manager to deliver technically sound and cost-effective solutions, enabling smooth project execution and contributing to improved sales performance. The position requires a strong technical background, client-facing capabilities, and the ability to support air-side product solutions effectively.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to application teams to deliver effective and compliant solutions, with a primary focus on air-side products, including ecology units and filtration systems.
• Guide the application team in preparing technically competitive offers, ensuring adherence to specifications, standards, and timelines.
• Coordinate closely with the Senior Product Manager to support technical decision-making and project execution.
• Conduct client and site visits across the country along with the sales team, providing technical support and representing the company during discussions and presentations.
• Ensure prompt, accurate, and reliable technical support to internal teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Prepare technical documentation, submittals, and supporting materials as required for projects and client meetings.
• Meet with clients within the assigned region to understand technical requirements, clarify specifications, and propose suitable solutions.
• Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to analyze technical challenges and evaluate effective, cost-efficient solutions.
• Lead and manage day-to-day technical activities related to assigned projects, with a direct reporting line to the Senior Product Manager.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical).
