The program will prepare you for successful integration into InterSystems' elite technical teams through structured training, personalized mentorship, and frequent collaboration with cross-functional groups. Immerse yourself in our technologies and find the team that is right for you!

Program structure:

• Begin the program with an accelerated training in our TrakCare products
• Develop technical and programming skills for testing, automation, and script development, as well as hands-on experience configuring and customizing healthcare systems
• Develop business and project management skills to help document processes and track project progress effectively
• Build expertise in analytics and data mining, working with real-world healthcare data to generate insights and support decision-making

Qualifications:

• This role is intented for recent graduates from a Bachelor’s, Master’s and can have up to 3 years experience.
• Interdisciplinary academic work in Computer Science, Physics, Math, Bioengineering or STEM preferred
• Proven prior coding experience in any language, including: Java, C++, C#, JavaScript, Python, or similar; experience with SQL query language is considered an advantage, along with any exposure to AngularJS
• Demonstrated initiative through academic excellence, extracurricular, or work experiences
• Technical curiosity and Creativity towards complex technical challenges
• Collaborative team mindset
• Flexible demeanor in an ever-changing work environment
