Technical Lead - ERP, Dynamics

• Participate in data migration strategy, Extraction and Cleansing in Legacy system, Data mapping, Import to NAXT365, Validation, Error monitoring.
• Legal entities set up, configuration, testing, validation, third-party systems.
• Maintain environments for D365, install releases, validate data.
• Manage user access and system security
• Collaboration with Vendor, Business partners and Internal departments

Job Overview:

• Act as a technical liaison and work collaboratively with vendors, internal departments, and IT for Dynamics 365 and integrated applications.
• Assist with the configuration and implementation of third-party systems.
• Set up entities, fields, forms, workflows, and security roles.
• Stay updated with the latest D365 features, best practices, and industry trends.
• Collaborate with developers, integrators, business partners, and team members on business requirements and system enhancements/upgrades/initiatives.
• Data management (Database backup and restore, refresh from another environment, export)
• Work with internal teams and vendors to plan, schedule, and implement system rollouts, patches, releases, and upgrades using LCS, Azure DevOps, and Azure Pipelines.
• Generate and monitor reports on system performance, usage, and security.
• Monitor for compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Maintain accurate documentation of Microsoft 365 configurations and changes.
• Manage user access, implement security policies, and conduct security audits.
• Training and Support: Provide training and support to IT end users to enhance their understanding and use of the D365 system.
• Organizational Structure and Governance: Collaborate with the Steering Committee for D365 enhancements, providing input and insights into system improvements.
• Uphold governance policies and procedures related to D365, including change management and risk assessment.

Required:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in information technology or a related field
• Fluent in English (professional working skills)
• Minimum 5 years projects experience
• Minimum 5 years data migration and system configuration experience
• Professional experience with Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, PowerBI
• Professional experience in ERP systems e.g. MS D365, SAP, Oracle
