Technical Project Manager

Position

Ensure technical leadership within the project, developing and maximising the company's asset and know-how throughout the entire project lifecycle.

Ensure that engineering targets are in line with the service contracts.

• Be the main technical point of contact of customers
• Define overall scope of gas turbine, generators, steam turbines and respective auxiliary systems maintenance activities for all type of inspections, overhauls and upgrade projects in coordination with dedicated service teams
• Involving and coordinating specialists and engineering resources based on need
• Provide technical support during inspection execution
• Ensure completeness and correctness of the delivered technical documentation

Requirements

• University degree in Engineering or equivalent education
• Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering, erection, commissioning, or service of Combined Cycle power plants
• Knowledge of gas turbine main components and operation principles, preferrablly GT26 and GT36
• Proven Project Management skills: focus, structure, organization, discipline, planning, collaboration & coordination, prioritization, sticking to deadlines and commitments, negotiations
• Experience in operation and maintenance of power stations is desirable
• Willing to travel up to 10% of the time to customer sites
• Excellent command of English, further knowledge of Italian/German/French would be an asset
