Job Title: Technical Project Manager
The Technical Project Manager plays a critical role in the successful execution of housing and infrastructure projects within the organization’s portfolio. This role is primarily responsible for managing and overseeing all technical aspects of project delivery, with a strong focus on engineering, construction, and implementation processes.
The position involves coordinating and supervising the technical components of projects to ensure that all activities are executed in accordance with established quality standards, project specifications, and regulatory requirements. The Technical Project Manager works closely with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, contractors, consultants, and stakeholders, to monitor progress, resolve technical challenges, and maintain alignment with project goals.
Key responsibilities include managing project timelines, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints, and proactively identifying and mitigating risks that could affect delivery. The Technical Project Manager ensures that all technical workstreams are well-coordinated, efficiently executed, and contribute to the overall success of the project.
