About the Role

As a Multilingual IT Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in sourcing and placing top-tier IT professionals for our clients across the Middle East and Europe. This freelance position, based remotely in Dubai, offers a highly competitive commission structure, providing significant earning potential for high-performing individuals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and attract IT professionals specializing in Web3, Infrastructure, Data, and Security.
  • Conduct thorough screenings and structured interviews to assess technical and cultural fit.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with both clients and candidates, acting as a trusted recruitment advisor.
  • Leverage knowledge of Middle East and European markets to deliver effective and tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Optimize the use of advanced tools, including LinkedIn, RecruitCRM, Dripify, OpenAI, Clay, Calendly, and Office 365, to streamline and enhance the recruitment process.
  • Exceed placement and revenue targets, driving high commission earnings through successful deals.
  • Collaborate with the distributed RELYzIT team to innovate and refine recruitment processes aligned with the company’s goals.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in LinkedIn, RecruitCRM, Dripify, OpenAI, Clay, Calendly, and Office 365.

Language Proficiency

  • Fluency in French, English, and Arabic is required; proficiency in Dutch is an advantage.

Other Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 years of IT recruitment experience, with preference for expertise in Middle East and European markets.
  • Strong business acumen and a proven ability to achieve ambitious revenue goals.
  • Advanced skills in candidate evaluation, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of building long-term relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
